We will of course still be sending out regular communication to all owners via email, in addition to updating any new information here on your Owners Information Portal. Need to reach us? Please use our LIVE chat function on these pages, where you can speak with the Guest Experience team, ask them any questions you may have or alert us of any problems from the comfort of your own holiday home. Nothing is too much trouble, you just need to ask. They will be available 09:00 - 17:00. You can still leave them a message out of hours and they will get back to you as soon as they can!

Exclusive Owners Events

Our owner events offer a great chance to meet fellow owners and our team.

Due to various occasions of non-attendance and bookings not being cancelled in previous years, we have decided that all of our ambassador events will now be subject to a small booking fee from £5 per person payable at the time of booking to ensure commitment. The booking fee paid will be added to your loyalty card AFTER attending the event. This means it won't actually cost you anything to attend our fantastic events, and it makes sure that everyone has the chance to book a place.

Event Booking Terms & Conditions:

The booking fee is non-refundable, should you not attend the event, you will not have the fee returned on to your loyalty account. ALL 2023 owners events may only be attended by the named owners and places are limited to two people. Unfortunately extended family and friends are not permitted. We do of course allow children to some events, however please contact the complex team for further information.

Event times and venues will be released onto Ambassadors Portal event calendar one month prior to the event (if not stated), which then are pre bookable via sf.events@shorefield.co.uk, or od.events@shorefield.co.uk depending on your park. (May events will be bookable from 01 April and close on the last day of April and so on). At time of booking please provide your Unit number and a contact number.

Places will be limited & Once events are full there will be a reserve list available and you will be contacted once a space becomes available. You will not be charged if on the reserve list, however once promoted on to the event list, payment will be required to secure your place. Any no-shows to an event without notification will be exempt from further bookings. Events are subject to change and cancellation & weather permitting.

Park Passes for 2025

To access facilities across parks your guests will need one of our new digital park passes. There are two options for you as an owner:

  • Choose to purchase our Holiday Home Ambassador Seasonal Subletting Membership: This will cover ALL your sublet guests, family and friends for the whole season, (01 January to 31 December) meaning your guests won't have to individually pay for passes to access all the facilities. (you will then need to register their details online prior to their stay so that they may obtain their digital passes).
  • Alternatively your guests can individually register for and purchase a park pass themselves: Pass prices will vary depending on season, length of stay and the number of people. You can check the pass price list here
  • Pay a one off fee of £685 to cover ALL your guests
  • Safer digital passes with no need for physical touch points
  • Reducing waste by eliminating physical cards

Dining & Delivery

We strongly recommend downloading our Shorefield Eats app & linking your loyalty account before your visit. That way, you’re all set to receive your discount from your first order. Don't have a smartphone? No problem! Just ask a member of the team when on the premises and we can assist. You can even register up to 10 family and friends for discounts in our bars and restaurants!

You should have received an email (to the primary account holder's email address) with all the details for registering your Ambassador's discount to the new food ordering app. If you haven't received this or are having issues, please be sure to contact a member of our teams who will be more than happy to help.

Want to register a friend or family member for discounts in our bars and restaurants? Simply register their details using this form. As a reminder, you can register up to 10 family and friends.

Our full table service allows you to order food and drinks directly to your table, so no queuing! Simply order, pay, sit back and we will take care of the rest. If you don’t want to venture out, take advantage of our delivery service straight to your holiday home (available at Oakdene Forest Park only, subject to availability and staffing).

Please note, our Shorefield Eats app is different to our Shorefield Holidays app, which contains useful park information and booking for the facilities.

Park Opening Dates

All our parks have a maximum 10 and a half to 11 month season.

Opening dates for our holiday parks vary per park, but are typically open for 11 months of the year. Here is a reminder of each park's opening dates...

Whilst your park is closed, day visits should be between 10am - 4pm and should be for essential maintenance/cleaning/checks only. The availability of park services such as water, electricity etc. can not be guaranteed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have guests who aren’t staying on park visit for the day?

You are welcome to have day guests who aren't staying on park visit you during your stay with us. If your guests will be accessing any of our facilities they will need to purchase guest passes.

I am an owner and I sublet my caravan, do my guests need entertainment passes and how much are they?

Park passes for the facilities are required for anyone staying in privately rented accommodation that wish to use the park facilities. We provide 10 complimentary park passes per holiday home for friends and family, as an owner you will need to register these people with reception.

For those who sublet or have more than 10 people using your holiday home, your guests will need to purchase entertainment and park passes to access the facilities. There are two options for you as an owner, either:

When does the outdoor swimming pool open?

The outdoor pools across all our parks open from Saturday 25th May 2024 and their opening is subject to park specific opening times and is weather dependent.

We have outdoor swimming pools at Shorefield Country Park, Oakdene Forest Park and Wilksworth Caravan Park. To check specific opening times for a particular park, please give the park's reception a call.

At Shorefield Country Park, we allow entry to 15 people every 15 minutes for a 1 hour swim session. The last hour swim session is 4:45 – 5:45, with last entry at 5:00pm for a 45 minute session.

Please make sure that you have park passes or individual QR codes ready to be shown on entry.

I have seen online that you have different holiday parks that I may prefer to be on, how can I move to another one of Shorefield Holidays parks?

We have many of our Ambassadors enquire about moving holiday parks within our group for various reasons, please contact your on-park ownership team to help.

How can I move pitches?

If you see another plot on park that you, and thinking about possibly upgrading, please speak to your on park holiday home ownership team who can give you details on how upgrading your holiday home can also give you options on relocating plot.

How do I book a daytime entertainment activity?

Woof's Workshop is full of daytime activities for the younger ones, including our fantastic Slime School, Sand Art and Pottery Painting at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park.

If you prefer to make a splash in our indoor pools, we also have Pat's Pool Sports, choose from Aqua Paddlers or Sea Scooters.
