2022 Music weekenders: We will be hosting a number of music weekenders at Shorefield Country Park, details of which can all be found on our on-park events page. Please note that these weekenders will take over our entertainment venues, therefore there will be no other entertainment (including children's entertainment or our usual shows and cabarets) over the course of these weekends. These events are for those aged 18 and over tickets are required for entry to our Showbars. Aside from no entertainment our leisure facilities, including our swimming pools and gyms, will be open as usual.

Need to reach us? Please use our LIVE chat function on these pages, where you can speak with the Guest Experience team, ask them any questions you may have or alert us of any problems from the comfort of your own holiday home. Nothing is too much trouble, you just need to ask. They will be available 09:00 - 17:00 and up until 19:00 on arrival days. You can still leave them a message out of hours and they will get back to you as soon as they can!

Latest updates for owners across all our parks

Park Passes for 2022

To access facilities across parks your guests will need one of our new digital park passes. There are two options for you as an owner:

  • Choose to purchase our Holiday Home Ambassador Seasonal Subletting Membership at a cost of £550: This will cover ALL your sublet guests, family and friends for the whole season, meaning your guests won't have to individually pay for passes to access all the facilities. (you will then need to register their details online prior to their stay so that they may obtain their digital passes).
  • Alternatively your guests can individually register for and purchase a park pass themselves: Pass prices will vary depending on season, length of stay and the number of people. You can check the pass price list here.
  • Pay a one off fee to cover ALL your guests
  • Safer digital passes with no need for physical touch points
  • Reducing waste by eliminating physical cards

Dining & Delivery

We strongly recommend downloading our Shorefield Eats app & linking your loyalty account before your visit. That way, you’re all set to receive your discount from your first order. Don't have a smartphone? No problem! Just ask a member of the team when on the premises and we can assist. You can even register up to 10 family and friends for discounts in our bars and restaurants!

You should have received an email (to the primary account holder's email address) with all the details for registering your Ambassador's discount to the new food ordering app. If you haven't received this or are having issues, please be sure to contact a member of our teams who will be more than happy to help.

Want to register a friend or family member for discounts in our bars and restaurants? Simply register their details using this form. As a reminder, you can register up to 10 family and friends.

Whilst our operations may be a little different to normal, our full table service allows you to order food and drinks directly to your table, so no queuing and more importantly, no contact! Simply order, pay, sit back and we will take care of the rest. If you don’t want to venture out, take advantage of our delivery service straight to your holiday home (subject to availability and staffing).

Please note, our Shorefield Eats app is different to our Shorefield Holidays app, which contains useful park information and booking for the facilities.

Booking the Leisure Facilities

Our gyms and indoor swimming pools across all our parks have now all safely reopened. We are no longer operating pre-booked sessions in our swimming pools at Oakdene or Shorefield and instead you simply need to head to your chosen pool to await a band for entry. Pre-booking for our gyms and outdoor sports courts remain in place. In addition, the pool at Wilksworth will still be operating with pre-booked sessions. You can book a session here for any of these facilities, up to 48 hours in advance.

Swimming sessions are 60 minutes long. The outdoor pools are open from Saturday May 29th until Sunday 5th September 2021 across all our parks (with the exception of Wilksworth Caravan Park. The outdoor pool at Wilksworth will remain open on weekends only until the 26th September).

Park Opening Dates

All our parks have a maximum 10 and a half to 11 month season.

Opening dates for our holiday parks vary per park, but are typically open for 11 months of the year. Here is a reminder of each park's opening dates...

Whilst your park is closed, day visits should be between 10am - 4pm and should be for essential maintenance/cleaning/checks only. The availability of park services such as water, electricity etc. can not be guaranteed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have guests who aren’t staying on park visit for the day?

You are welcome to have day guests who aren't staying on park visit you during your stay with us.

We ask that you make the park reception aware of all visitors. In addition, we ask that any visitors or guests make use of the NHS Contact Tracing app whilst on park.

Do I need to wear a face mask/face covering?

Please note that the restrictions on wearing face coverings have now tightened, therefore face coverings are required within any of our indoor areas, except where food and drink is served (therefore in our bars and restaurants, however we do advise that you wear these when moving around our bars or restaurants and remove them when seated to eat or drink).

We continue to encourage the use of face coverings when visiting moving through busy areas in which there are people you would not normally socialise with. Our staff and team members will continue to wear masks in public areas where divider screens aren't present and our spa team will wear face coverings for your treatment.

As a handy guide, it is currently therefore compulsory to wear face coverings in the following areas at our parks:

  • Arcades
  • Receptions
  • Sales Offices
  • Shops

I am an owner and I sublet my caravan, do my guests need entertainment passes and how much are they?

From 01 February 2022 onwards, park passes for the facilities are required for anyone staying in privately rented accommodation that wish to use the park facilities. We will be reverting back to providing 10 complimentary passes per holiday home.

For those who sublet or have more than 10 people using your holiday home, your guests will need to purchase entertainment and park passes to access the facilities. There are two options for you as an owner, either:

When does the outdoor swimming pool open?

The outdoor pools across all our parks* will be open from Saturday 29th May until Sunday 5th September 2021.

*The outdoor pool at Wlksworth Caravan Park will remain open at weekends only until the 26th September 2021.

The opening of all our outdoor pools is weather dependent.

We have outdoor swimming pools at Shorefield Country Park, Oakdene Forest Park, Wilksworth Caravan Park* and Merley Court. To check specific opening times for a particular park, please give the park's reception a call.

I have seen online that you have different holiday parks that I may prefer to be on, how can I move to another one of Shorefield Holidays parks?

We have many of our Ambassadors enquire about moving holiday parks within our group for various reasons, please contact your on-park ownership team to help.

How can I move pitches?

If you see another plot on park that you, and thinking about possibly upgrading, please speak to your on park holiday home ownership team who can give you details on how upgrading your holiday home can also give you options on relocating plot.

How do I book a daytime entertainment activity?

Woof's Workshop is full of daytime activities for the younger ones, including our fantastic Slime School, Sand Art and Pottery Painting at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park. You can book any of these in advance via our app or online from here, as well as our ever-popular character breakfast!

Please note that masks are required for all our indoor entertainment and tables in our Showbars are socially distanced, seating a maximum of 6 per table. Don't forget to check in using the NHS contact tracing app when visiting any of our facilities!
