Updated: 11th January 2021 - Our parks are now all closed. The Government have issued a National Lockdown and urge everyone to stay at home, therefore visiting your holiday home between the hours of 10am – 4pm whilst the parks are closed as per the site licences will no longer be permitted and park gates will be locked.
Please remember the following:
• No vehicles are to be left on site during shutdown periods.
• We advise you empty contents of fridges and freezers for the duration of the close-down period.
Should you have any requests, questions or queries please email Customer Experience via firstname.lastname@example.org
Please stay safe everyone and follow all Government guidelines so we can welcome you back to our parks very soon. You can read more information and advice on what you can and cannot currently do on the Government website here. In the meantime, we wish you all a happy new year.
Need to reach us? Please use our LIVE chat function on these pages, where you can speak with the Guest Experience team, ask them any questions you may have or alert us of any problems from the comfort of your own holiday home. Nothing is too much trouble, you just need to ask. They will be available 09:00 - 17:00 and up until 19:00 on arrival days. You can still leave them a message out of hours and they will get back to you as soon as they can!
Should you wish to speak with someone, please phone your park's Reception or alternatively please contact the Park Warden for out of hours assistance.
Our swimming pools across all our parks all safely reopened following the first lockdown and we remain hopeful for the same at the start of the new season. As a reminder, to ensure you can safely keep your distance in our pools and gyms, we will be operating a reduced occupancy. Due to this, all sessions will need to be booked in advance. You can book a session here to use our swimming pools, outdoor courts or gyms, up to 48 hours in advance.
Swimming sessions are 45 minutes long and we request that you come ‘swim-ready’ as the changing facilities will only be available to guests upon leaving the pool area, in order to minimise the use of shared facilities and high-risk touch points. There will also be no lockers in use so please ensure you bring a bag to safely keep all of your belongings in.
Our tennis courts and football pitch at Shorefield Country Park will also require a pre-booked session. These will be one hour long and a maximum of four people can use the tennis courts per session, or a maximum of six on our outdoor football court.
Introducing our dining and delivery service at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park. Whilst our operations may be a little different to normal, you can still enjoy a 'socially distanced' meal inside or a spot of Al Fresco wining and dining when the sun is shining. If you don’t want to venture out, take advantage of our delivery service straight to your holiday home.
Our full table service allows you to order food and drinks directly to your safely spaced dining table, so no queuing and more importantly, no contact!
This means we are closed in January and therefore you are unable to stay overnight in your holiday home during this period. You can visit your home during 'working hours' (10am-4pm) to carry out any maintenance. Here is a reminder of each park's opening dates...
Join our private Facebook group, exclusively for owners across all our holiday parks. We hope this will help to keep you informed and easily bring you new information, so you don't miss any announcements. We will of course still be sending out regular communication to all owners via email, in addition to updating any new information here on your Owners Information Portal.
Here is a list of just some of our exclusive benefits for owners:
As per our site licences, our parks are required to close for a period. Whilst we would usually enjoy welcoming you to tend to your holiday homes between the hours of 10am and 4pm whilst the parks are closed, unfortunately this is no longer possible due to the current National Lockdown. The Government are urging everyone to stay at home, therefore visiting your holiday home during the hours of 10am and 4pm is no longer permitted.
We understand this may come as a disappointment, but kindly ask that you bear with us and follow the guidance to help keep everyone safe. We hope to welcome you back as soon as we can.
Last updated: 27th November 2020. Holidaymakers may have day guests visit them at the parks, provided any visitors are living in Tier 1 or Tier 2, your group size does not exceed more than six people in total and that you do not mix with other households indoors at any time. This includes when visiting our restaurants or leisure facilities, as well as within your accommodation.
Anyone living in a Tier 3 or Tier 4 area should not travel to our parks.
We kindly request that social distancing advice is adhered to, leaving at least 2 metres between you and anyone not from your household or support bubble.
All visitors will also need to complete our short track and trace form or the NHS Track and Trace app when visiting any of our parks.
The above is subject to the parks' reopening. Any of our parks in Tier 3 and Tier 4 areas will remain closed. Please check with each individual park which tier it is placed in.
Following latest advice, face coverings must be worn AT ALL TIMES when entering or walking through any of our facilities. You may remove your face mask once seated at your table within our bars and restaurants, however you must replace your face mask when leaving your table at any time. We also request that all guests wear a face covering when visiting our swimming pool facilities and only remove this when entering the pool area.
Children under 11 years of age and those with health conditions or other physical or mental illness, impairment or disability are exempt from wearing face coverings as stated by the Government.
We are also ensuring that all team members across our parks wear a face covering at all times in public areas for your safety and peace of mind. This includes within our restaurants and bars, receptions, shops and walking between any of these areas indoors. Exceptions apply for our lifeguard teams in the pool areas.
As a handy guide, we are therefore asking gusts to wear face coverings in the following areas at our parks:
