2021 Owners Events: Our complex teams at Oakdene and Shorefield are delighted to announce the return of some exclusive owners events! We understand that some of you may still feel a little uncomfortable with the returning of inside events and meeting in larger groups with people you don’t know too well, therefore we are offering a range of events that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own holiday home. Please take a look here or check the Owners Events Calendar below for details of what we are offering to owners at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park. At this time, we would ask that you book a maximum of 2 deliveries/exclusive owners events as we would like to do our best to ensure that every holiday home owner has the opportunity to participate in these deliveries. We will return to indoor group events for 2022 (subject to government restrictions).
Facilities: We have now safely reopened all our usual facilities, in line with the current guidance. This now includes our dancefloors and indoor entertainment, our bars and restaurants, and our changing facilities at our swimming pools! We have also introduced a brand new range of daytime activities for kids with Woof's Workshop, including our Slime School, Pottery Painting and Sand Art! Activities must be booked online in advance.
Please note that we are no longer operating a pre-booked system for sessions in our swimming pools at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park, following feedback from you as owners. Instead, simply head to your chosen pool for entry. We will be operating a band system for our pools and entry will be staggered in 15-minute intervals.
We still have our booking system in place for the pools at Merley Court Holiday Park and Wilksworth Caravan Park, as well as all our gyms sports courts.
Music weekenders: We will be hosting a number of music weekenders at Shorefield Country Park, details of which can all be found on our on-park events page. Please note that these weekenders will take over our entertainment venues, therefore there will be no other entertainment (including children's entertainment or our usual shows and cabarets) over the course of these weekends. These events are for those aged 18 and over tickets are required for entry to our Showbars. Aside from no entertainment our leisure facilities, including our swimming pools and gyms, will be open as usual.
As promised previously, now that we have re-opened our parks and have been able to assess the impact on our business, we have announced further details on what we will be offering as a result of the latest National lockdowns to you via email. Need to reach us? Please use our LIVE chat function on these pages, where you can speak with the Guest Experience team, ask them any questions you may have or alert us of any problems from the comfort of your own holiday home. Nothing is too much trouble, you just need to ask. They will be available 09:00 - 17:00 and up until 19:00 on arrival days. You can still leave them a message out of hours and they will get back to you as soon as they can!

We strongly recommend downloading our Shorefield Eats app & linking your loyalty account before your visit. That way, you’re all set to receive your discount from your first order. Don't have a smartphone? No problem! Just ask a member of the team when on the premises and we can assist. You can even register up to 10 family and friends for discounts in our bars and restaurants!

You should have received an email (to the primary account holder's email address) with all the details for registering your Ambassador's discount to the new food ordering app. If you haven't received this or are having issues, please be sure to contact a member of our teams who will be more than happy to help.
Want to register a friend or family member for discounts in our bars and restaurants? Simply register their details using this form. As a reminder, you can register up to 10 family and friends.
Whilst our operations may be a little different to normal, our full table service allows you to order food and drinks directly to your table, so no queuing and more importantly, no contact! Simply order, pay, sit back and we will take care of the rest. If you don’t want to venture out, take advantage of our delivery service straight to your holiday home (subject to availability and staffing).

Our gyms and indoor swimming pools across all our parks have now all safely reopened. We are no longer operating pre-booked sessions in our swimming pools at Oakdene or Shorefield and instead you simply need to head to your chosen pool to await a band for entry. Pre-booking for our gyms and outdoor sports courts remain in place. In addition, the pool at Wilksworth will still be operating with pre-booked sessions. You can book a session here for any of these facilities, up to 48 hours in advance.
Swimming sessions are 60 minutes long. The outdoor pools are open from Saturday May 29th until Sunday 5th September 2021 across all our parks (with the exception of Wilksworth Caravan Park. The outdoor pool at Wilksworth will remain open on weekends only until the 26th September).Read moreHide
Opening dates for our holiday parks very per park, but are typically open for 11 months of the year. The parks are closed in January and therefore you are unable to stay overnight in your holiday home during this period. Here is a reminder of each park's opening dates...

We hope this will help to keep you informed and easily bring you new information, so you don't miss any announcements. You are welcome to have day guests who aren't staying on park visit you during your stay with us.
We ask that you make the park reception aware of all visitors. In addition, we ask that any visitors or guests make use of the NHS Contact Tracing app whilst on park.
We continue to encourage the use of face coverings when visiting any of our indoor facilities or moving through busy areas in which there are people you would not normally socialise with, even though masks and face coverings are no longer compulsory. Our staff and team members will continue to wear masks in public areas where divider screens aren't present and our spa team will wear face coverings for your treatment.

We have outdoor swimming pools at Shorefield Country Park, Oakdene Forest Park, Wilksworth Caravan Park* and Merley Court. To check specific opening times for a particular park, please give the park's reception a call.
We have many of our Ambassadors enquire about moving holiday parks within our group for various reasons, please contact your on-park ownership team to help.
If you see another plot on park that you, and thinking about possibly upgrading, please speak to your on park holiday home ownership team who can give you details on how upgrading your holiday home can also give you options on relocating plot.
Woof's Workshop is full of daytime activities for the younger ones, including our fantastic Slime School, Sand Art and Pottery Painting at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park. You can book any of these in advance via our app or online from here, as well as our ever-popular character breakfast!
Please note that masks are required for all our indoor entertainment and tables in our Showbars are socially distanced, seating a maximum of 6 per table. Don't forget to check in using the NHS contact tracing app when visiting any of our facilities!
