Visitors To Our Website
If we want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this, such as making a booking or completing a form.
When someone visits our website, we may use a third-party service to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We may record your session using Hotjar analytics; no personal information such as payment details, email address, address, or name will be displayed or recorded.

Your Legal Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

We do not knowingly collect data relating to children, for any promotional or marketing purposes.
- No fee usually required You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
- We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
- We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Telephone Calls
Please note that calls to and from Shorefield Holidays and all individual departments, including Reservations, Holiday Home Sales, licensed clubs, Events, Day Spa and Health and Fitness clubs and the central switchboard may be monitored and recorded. The purpose of which is for training, quality and content clarification.
Photography
Please be advised that promotional photographs and videos may be taken around our parks, including during the entertainment and activities events.
- They are for use on our website, social media, in the press, and for marketing materials.
- By entering our parks and venues, you consent to Shorefield Holidays photographing and using your image and likeness.
