Seasonal Memberships 2024 for owners that wish to provide passes to their guests

Ambassadors' Subletting

Register for a one-off charge to cover club passes for ALL your family and guests. Ideal for owners who sublet!

We understand that you may wish to provide leisure passes to your guests and family, to allow them to access all our facilities on park. Here, you can register to make a one-off payment, which will cover you for the whole season (meaning your guests don't have to individually pay for passes themselves when staying in your holiday home)! To cover all your family & guests staying in your holiday home this season, you can pay one charge of £645 to cover all your guests (Based on letting your accommodation for 35 weeks - March to the end of October).

When purchasing a seasonal membership pass you should be aware of and comply with current health and safety legislations, as the safety of your guests is your responsibility. Therefore you should have the following in place:

1) Landlords gas safety record
2) All electrical equipment must be PAT tested
3) Smoke alarms, CO2 alarm and fire extinguishers fitted and are serviced annually
4) Full appliance service
5) Fixed wire testing (every 3 years)

We offer the B-Sure service which covers the above testing and certificates, alternatively you are welcome to instruct an outside contractor, who must be approved by the relevant regulatory body.

Simply complete the form below and a member of the Accounts Team will contact you to take payment and register you for this service. We will then send you a new link via email for you to register your guests to use the facilities. They will then be issued with a digital park pass, along with useful links to our apps, for making the most of their time whilst staying with us.

Park Passes Tariff

If you choose not to take a seasonal membership but still sublet your holiday home, your guests must purchase a Park Pass (suitable for their party size and duration) to enjoy the use of the swimming pools, gym and other leisure facilities together with the bars, restaurant, daytime and evening entertainment at Shorefield and Oakdene.

  • We offer a choice of short break (3 & 4 day), weekly and daily passes based on accommodation occupancy as well as individually. (Children under 5 are free).

Subletting Requirements

If you let your holiday home out yourself or through another agent we strongly recommend that you are aware of, and comply with the legislation as the safety of your guests is your responsibility.

In order to sublet you must make sure the following compulsory items are in place:
