Finance makes it easier to spread the cost of purchasing a holiday home. Here are some things to consider before taking the journey into ownership.

As with most finance, a minimum of 20% of the total sales value will be required initially.

Terms can exceed 10 years for a new unit and have a fixed APR, but bear in mind our APR can vary depending on the rates offered at the time of purchase.

It's important to remember purchasing a holiday home is completely different to buying a house, no solicitors involved and all our paperwork is based on guidelines by the BH&HPA (British Holiday & Home Parks Association) which we are proud to be members of.

There are no mortgages available for these types of holiday homes, but instead these financing options are available to help you, much like when you purchase a new car or vehicle.

Do holiday homes come with a warranty?

Yes; when it comes to brand new holiday homes, a warranty is always included. There is some variation between manufacturers, but you can expect to receive between 1 and 5 years warranty

I'm looking into buying a pre-owned static caravan near Bournemouth?

We offer pre-owned caravans at all our parks, please fill out our contact form, or give us a call to speak to a member of our ownership team.

I am interested in finding more out about owning a holiday home and wanted to drop by one of the parks sometime?

Sure thing! You can either fill out this form or call our office on 0800 214080 to arrange a visit. We are currently only accepting visits by appointment only, in order to manage numbers and help us keep you safe whilst social distancing. We kindly ask that as per Government guidelines you ensure that face coverings are worn whilst in our ownership offices and on your park tour.
