Are you getting tired of touring? Or want to part exchange or move from another park?

Part exchange & move on options

Part exchange your tourer, motorhome or holiday home

Or move your currrent holiday home to a plot on one of our parks.

Every year we receive lots of enquiries from customers looking to join us here at Shorefield Holidays, but feel they are unable to do so until they have sold their tourer, motorhome or current holiday home first. Touring is still great fun and many of our owners were former tourers who loved the touring experience, but they soon realised that they could enjoy the same great outdoors experience through part exchange - without the inconvenient bits! Or perhaps you are looking for a change of scenery? Has your current park, lost some of its appeal or your circumstances may have changed. Whatever the reasons, our ownership team can provide you with the answers to any questions you may have regarding moving to one of our incredible parks.

I am interested in finding more out about owning a holiday home and wanted to drop by one of the parks sometime?

Sure thing! You can either fill out this form or call our office on 0800 214080 to arrange a visit. We are currently only accepting visits by appointment only, in order to manage numbers and help us keep you safe whilst social distancing. We kindly ask that as per Government guidelines you ensure that face coverings are worn whilst in our ownership offices and on your park tour. You can find out more details on all our ownership locations and available holiday homes on our About Ownership page.

How long can I stay on park for?

Our Merley Court park now offers Residential Licences, so if you are looking for a park home that you can live in all year round, please get in touch here

All our other parks have holiday park licences, therefore they cannot be used to live on (Residential), but you can mainly come and go as and when you like during the 10 - 11 months (depending on the park) we are open. Our parks are subject to a 56 day maximum length of stay, with at least 7 days where you will need to be off park prior to returning. Typically, our parks are closed early January to early February.

Do holiday homes come with a warranty?

Yes; when it comes to brand new holiday homes, a warranty is always included. There is some variation between manufacturers, but you can expect to receive between 1 and 5 years warranty
