Yes; when it comes to brand new holiday homes, a warranty is always included. There is some variation between manufacturers, but you can expect to receive between 1 and 5 years warranty

We are currently only accepting visits by appointment only, in order to manage numbers and help us keep you safe whilst social distancing. We kindly ask that as per Government guidelines you ensure that face coverings are worn whilst in our ownership offices and on your park tour. Do you sell residential lodges at your sites to live in?

Yes, we are delighted to be able to offer resdiential park homes to purchase at Merley Court. Find our more

We don't offer residential accommodation at any of our other parks as they are licenced as a holiday park and therefore must adhere to the conditions of that licences.

I am thinking about buying a holiday home and would like it near the sea?
