Pitch pricing includes up to 6 people and a single vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the shared car parking areas. Only one tent/tourer per pitch. Please book a separate pitch for each unit you are bringing. There is a minimum of a 3 night pitch stay during the May half term 22 May-30 May and school summer holidays, 24 July-30 August 2026.

NEW S Pods

The S Pods are compact, cosy holiday accommodation, cleverly designed to make the most of the space, they provide all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

Inside, the open-plan living area transforms easily from a bright daytime lounge into a comfortable sleeping space at night, with either a sofa bed or a pull-down double wall bed depending on the layout.

Each S Pod includes a private bathroom with WC, basin and shower, while outside, a private decking area with seating offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Compact yet comfortable, S Pods provide a charming base for a peaceful countryside or coastal escape.

Our Supreme range consists of 2 and 3 bedroom caravans (sleeps 4 or 6), with double glazing and gas central heating.

With a higher specification of equipment and furnishings than our other caravan categories, including an extra WC and the addition of an external decked area* with BBQ stand and outdoor furniture. The bedrooms are configured as one double and either one or two twin rooms. *Please note that the Supreme caravans at Swanage do not have decking.

Sublime Hot Tub Caravans

Our Sublime 2 and 3 bedroomed hot tub caravans have bright, well equipped kitchens, central heating, double glazing, a large flat screen TV in the lounge with a DVD player, main shower room plus an en-suite.

Additionally, there is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Out on your raised decking there is outdoor furniture, BBQ stand and the all-important hot tub. Sublime caravans at Oakdene are available with either two or three bedrooms. The individually styled Sublime caravans at Shorefield, Swanage and Forest Edge Holiday Park each have two bedrooms and sleep up to four guests.

  • Yes, we have a specifically adapted three-bedroom Select Lodge at Shorefield Country Park, as well as wheelchair-accessible Serene Caravans at both Oakdene and Shorefield Country Park. To find out more please see our accessible accommodation page and access statement.

    Some of our other units are suitable for those with limited mobility. Whilst not specifically adapted for wheelchair users, our treehouses are accessed via a sloping timber walkway and have one downstairs bedroom (the other two bedrooms in Silvertree and Coppertree are located upstairs), making them suitable for those with reduced mobility. As our treehouses have not been specifically designed to cater for wheelchair users, they may not be suitable for those looking for fully accessible accommodation.

    If you require accommodation near to the facilities or with level access, please state this at the time of booking and we will do our best to help find you something to suit your requirements. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, feel free to give our Reservations Team a call on 01590 648333 who will be happy to assist.

    Accessible Accommodation

  • Yes they are photos of our own accommodation across each and every category available. Our photos are taken on the park in question.

  • Only our Sublime, Superior, Superior+ and Signature accommodation have hot tubs.

    However, you can enjoy the communal hot tubs in our indoor pool areas at Oakdene and Shorefield.

    Hot Tub Holidays

  • Most of our holiday parks are open for 11 months of the year, however this can vary depending on the park. All of our parks are closed from early January until early February. Specific opening dates for each of our parks are:

    • Oakdene Forest Park: Closed from the 1st January to 1st February

    • Forest Edge Holiday Park: Closed from 5th January to 5th February

    • New Forest Lodge Retreat: Closed from 5th January to 10th February

    • Shorefield Country Park: Closed from 5th January to 10th February (our houses remain open throughout)

    • Swanage Coastal Park: Closed from 5th January to 1st March

    • Wilksworth Caravan Park: Closed from 15th January to 1st March

    • Merley Court Park: Closed from 7th January to 7th February

  • There are no hair dryers in any of the caravans or lodges.

    Each bathroom & shower room has a hairdryer in Wisteria House and Lavender House.
