Pitch pricing includes up to 6 people and a single vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the shared car parking areas. Only one tent/tourer per pitch. Please book a separate pitch for each unit you are bringing.

Our stunning holiday cottages and houses offer the highest level of luxury available and are our very best rental properties, each featuring many personal touches and the very latest fixtures and fittings, plus all include Wi-Fi so you can always remain connected during your stay.

Lavender House, Wisteria House, Magnolia House, Honeysuckle Cottage and Downton House are ideally located on the edge of the New Forest, so should you choose to venture out, you are never short of breath-taking scenery and endless things to do. Plus, there is the added benefit of all the wonderful facilities available to you at Shorefield Country Park, including, indoor & outdoor pools and fantastic live entertainment for all the family.

Tudor Rose House, our sixth property, is in the Dorset countryside at Wilksworth Caravan Park, Wimborne. Our seventh property, The Burrow, is located in St. Leonards at Forest Edge Holiday Park, on the border of Hampshire and Dorset.

Planning a holiday should be exciting, not stressful! To make your booking experience as smooth as possible, we’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions our guests ask. Whether you’re curious about payment options, changes to your booking, or what’s included in your trip, you’ll find clear and helpful information below.

  • We do welcome groups at our parks and are taking future bookings for larger parties. For any specific requests please speak to a member of our Reservations Team.

    Large single sex and young mixed groups will need to seek prior approval from Shorefield Holidays and we will usually ask for a returnable security deposit.

  • Check-in will vary depending on the accommodation you have booked.

    All our Signature lodges, Treehouses, Lavender House, Wisteria House and Honeysuckle Cottage have check-in from 2pm

    All other lodges (Select, Select +, Superior and Superior +) plus The Burrow, Tudor Rose House and Sublime Hot Tub Caravans have check-in from 3pm

    All remaining accommodation (Supreme, Serendipity, Serene, Sensation, Seaside, Statement Caravans and Flexifleet) have check-in from 4pm

    Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Note: Sunday departures for two night breaks are by 7pm.

    You are welcome to arrive earlier and make use of any of the parks facilities, but please do not head to your accommodation until you have received your text confirming that it is all ready for you.

  • All our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled with every departure/new arrival. We do endeavour to make sure these are up to temperature when you arrive, however this is not always a guarantee, especially in colder months as this will naturally take longer.

  • Towels are provided in our hot tub accommodation, all our houses, treehouses and Select+ lodges, however we recommend bringing a spare as you never know when it may come in handy (trips to the beach or having a separate towel for use in the hot tub is ideal!) We supply one hand towel and one bath towel per person.

    We do not provide towels in our range of caravan accommodation (with the exception of our Sublime Hot Tub Caravans) and therefore advise that you bring your own.

    You can hire towels for your holiday and can even add these to your booking, should your accommodation not come with them as standard. A set of towels is charged at £6.50 per set and includes one hand towel and one bath towel. Simply add these to your booking when reviewing your accommodation online and they'll be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. If you would like to hire towels on arrival at reception a set is charged at £10.

    We do also recommend bringing your own toiletries including soap, shower gel, shampoo and other bathroom necessities
