Following the success of our first search for a Shorefield Superstar, our fantastic children's talent competition is back, bigger and better for 2025. Join us in our search for a Shorefield Superstar! We will once again be hosting our bigger than ever children's talent competition running over peak holiday periods (Easter, May Half Term & School Summer Holidays). Each heat winner winning a FREE weekend break to our grand final weekend in November 2025, that will be full of fantastic entertainment as well as our incredible finalists performing for the final time hoping to win the fantastic grand first prize worth £1000 and title of Shorefield Superstar 2025!

All of our Go Active+ activities are individually priced and start from just £5 per person. Please be aware all of our activities are group activities, in some cases this means the equipment will be shared. All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Introducing The Toy Store and The Antique Diamond Heist our fully immersive Escape Room experiences at Oakdene Forest Park, are designed to test your skills and get you thinking outside the box. We have indoor pools at both Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park, as well as heated outdoor pools for the summer months at Wilksworth Caravan Park, Oakdene Forest Park and Shorefield Country Park (the opening times will vary seasonally and by park but the outdoor pools are typically open from the end of May until early September).
Whether you’re looking for professional fitness classes or fully equipped gyms to maintain your workout regime, we have got it all at both Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park.Plus our parks offer scenic routes for quick jog and maintain those park runs.
The outdoor pools across all our parks open from Saturday 24th May 2025 and their opening is subject to park specific opening times and is weather dependent.
We have outdoor swimming pools at Shorefield Country Park, Oakdene Forest Park and Wilksworth Caravan Park. To check specific opening times for a particular park, please give the park's reception a call.
At Shorefield Country Park, we allow entry to 15 people every 15 minutes for a 1 hour swim session. The last hour swim session is 4:45 – 5:45, with last entry at 5:00pm for a 45 minute session.
Please make sure that you have park passes, QR codes or Shorefield Keys App ready to gain access.
Woof's Workshop is full of daytime activities for the younger ones, including our fantastic Slime School, Sand Art and Pottery Painting at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park.
If you prefer to make a splash in our indoor pools, we also have Pat's Pool Sports, choose from Aqua Paddlers or Sea Scooters.

The locations of our parks make them the ideal choice for a holiday outside of the main summer holiday months. The area is beautiful at all times of year with many local tourist attractions staying open for a large part of the year.
At Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park, our leisure facilities and indoor pools remain open throughout the year (with the exception of Christmas Day & Boxing Day).
Entertainment at Shorefield Country Park and Oakdene Forest Park will be less frequent outside of peak holiday periods, but there is regular entertainment and activities all year round. You can view what's on in our entertainment calendars online or in our app!
Some facilities such as the outdoor pools are only open in the warmer summer months.
Please note all our facilities across our parks will be closed on Christmas Day to give our teams some well-deserved time off with their families. This includes our swimming pools, gyms, entertainment, bars and restaurants.
