Meet Our New Club Manager and Head Chef

Dear Shorefield Country Park Ambassadors,

Jonny Maher, Operations Manager

Firstly, please join me in welcoming David Mills, our new Licensed Club Manager. David brings a wealth of hospitality experience, with a background in high-end hotels and large-scale event catering. He joins us from Rhinefield House Hotel in the New Forest, where he held the role of Restaurant Manager. Having started with us midway through the Easter break, David is already making a fantastic impression. 

I’m also pleased to introduce our new Head Chef, Krzysztof Kulesza. Krzysztof has spent the past nine years working as Head Chef across various Loungers restaurants along the south coast. Since joining us in January, he has been settling in well and is excited to enhance our menus with new dishes—including a few inspired by his native Poland. 

Please do make a point of saying hello if you see David or Krzysztof around the complex.
