Shorefield Team News

Dear Ambassadors,

Sue Lilly, HR Manager

Welcome to the latest quarterly update from the Human Resources team at Shorefield Holidays Ltd.

As we head into the new season, many familiar faces have returned across our parks, alongside some great new additions. We’re always delighted to welcome back our seasonal teams across all departments, and equally excited to introduce new colleagues to the Shorefield family.

At Oakdene, we’re pleased to welcome Paul Delmaine as Regional Sales Manager, overseeing Oakdene, Forest Edge, Swanage, and Wilksworth Parks. Paul brings a wealth of experience and is looking forward to meeting you all—whether out and about on the parks or in the Ownership office.

We’re also excited to share that Ellis has moved to Shorefield Country Park as Sales Manager. We wish both Paul and Ellis every success in their new roles.

In addition, a warm welcome to David Mills, who joins us as Food & Beverage Manager at Shorefield Country Park—many of you may have already met him following Jonny’s introduction.

Supporting charitable causes continues to be an important part of what we do. Over recent months, team members have been actively volunteering and fundraising for a range of local and national charities. From recycling Christmas trees for Oakhaven Hospice to taking part in charity bike rides, it’s fantastic to see such strong community spirit across our teams.

I’ll also be doing my bit this year by taking part in the annual Ride the Night event in support of women’s cancer charities. Having completed it before, I know that cycling 63 miles around London overnight is no small challenge—but I’m ready to give it my all! I’ll be sure to share an update in the next edition.

Wishing you all a wonderful and successful season ahead.

Kind regards,

Sue and the HR Team
