Passes and Accessing the Facilities as an Owner

There have been a few questions surrounding passes, we’ve therefore put this post together to explain the process and to answer your questions!

Dear Ambassadors,

Due to the constant and sometimes fast changing Government guidelines we have aimed to simplify this process as much as possible.

To use the facilities on parks there are a few options. If you’re:

An Ambassador – Simply use your ambassador card as normal to gain entry into our facilities.

Renting out or subletting your holiday home – Please provide your guests with a booking confirmation and details of your holiday home pitch name/number. They will then use this as proof of their stay to gain entry into our facilities.

Friends and family are staying at your holiday home – Again, please provide your guests with a booking confirmation/agreement that they can use to gain entry into our facilities. (This avoids the need to go to reception and fill out any forms)

We’d like to remind you that our pools, gyms and spa are operating on a pre-book only system and that you can book up to 48 hours in advance.

Please also ensure that both you and your guests are filling out our track and trace form with the details of stay upon arrival (and each time entering the bar/restaurant).
