Digital Park Passes

For Your Sublet Guests

If you have our Ambassadors 'Subletting Seasonal Membership' and you wish to register your guests for park passes, simply complete the form below with details of your guests and their stay. They will then automatically be issued with a digital park pass for their stay in your holiday home which they can use to access the facilities, along with links to our useful apps for making the most of their time on holiday with us.

Subletting Requirements

If you let your holiday home out yourself or through another agent we strongly recommend that you are aware of, and comply with the legislation as the safety of your guests is your responsibility.

In order to sublet you must make sure the following compulsory items are in place:

  • Landlords Gas Safety Record
  • All electrical equipment must be PAT tested
  • Smoke Alarms, CO Alarm and Fire Extinguishers fitted & are serviced annually
  • Full appliance service
  • Fixed wire testing (every 3 years)
