Subletting Your Holiday Home

Dear Holiday Home Ambassadors,

As we approach the 2024 season, we are sure those of you that sublet your holiday home will be eager to get going.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that when you are subletting your holiday home this must be for holiday or recreational purposes only and for a maximum of 21 days to any one guest.

Bookings for people waiting for housing, with no fixed address, looking for long term rental or using the holiday home for work purposes should not be accepted. No commercial vehicles should be parked on your pitch at any time by you or your guests.

If you are using Air BNB or similar letting sites, please ensure the long-term letting option is not available and that it states your holiday home is for holiday purpose only.

Please also remember for your own safety and your guests that you must have a valid landlords gas safety certificate as well as electrical safety certificate, if you wish for these to be carried out by one of our qualified team members you can arrange this by emailing Carolyn Child for Oakdene or Ian Lindley for Shorefield Country Park on Carolyn.child@shorefield.co.uk or Ian.Lindley@shorefield.co.uk who will be more than happy to help.

All guests wanting to use the facilities will need to have entertainment passes. More information can be found on the owner’s portal https://www.shorefield.co.uk/ownership/ambassador-information-portal

We wish you a busy 2024 and would love to hear some of the great feedback that your guests give.

Kind regards

Jonny & Stuart, Operations Managers
