Subletting Third Party Listings

Dear Ambassadors,

As the new season begins, it would be an excellent opportunity to review your private listings on third-party sites such as Airbnb and Booking.com. We have received a few instances where guests have inquired about facilities that are not available at the parks, such as the spa at Shorefield Country Park.

To help avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, we kindly recommend reviewing and updating your listings to accurately reflect the amenities and services offered at each park. We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for helping ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

Please remember if you are subletting your holiday home, we require copies of your current Landlords Gas Safety Certificate, Fixed Electrical Safety certificate, PAT tests and Holiday Home Insurance Policy Schedules before our accounts department can issue seasonal passes. If you have not yet supplied these, you can do so by emailing accounts-receivable@shorefield.co.uk.
