Seasonal Membership & Sublet Pass Requests

Dear Ambassadors,

Following recent internal changes, Katie Matthews from the Ownership Team will now be taking care of all your Seasonal Membership & Sublet Pass requests.

This will no longer be looked after by Hannah Rodgers & The Reservations team.

Going forward, if you have any queries with Sublet passes then please email passes@shorefield.co.uk or contact Katie Matthews direct on 01590 648425.

There will be no change to the procedure in how you request your sublet passes for your guests. Please continue to use the same links as before.

Guest Park Passes Register | Shorefield Holidays & Ownership

Whilst there are no changes to procedure, can we please remind everyone that you are unable to use your personal email when submitted guest passes.

If you use your own email to generate these passes, it results in the information that you enter overriding your own contact information as the system recognises that your email is linked to your record. This in turn results in invoices and other documents being generated & addressed to the incorrect owner. We appreciate that as holiday homeowners you should be confident that your personal information is kept correct and accurate, so we encourage you to follow the above for future reference.
