Pool Temperature at Shorefield Country Park

There have been some comments from owners regarding the swimming pool temperature and the temperature of the changing rooms.

The swimming pool is heated by a biomass wood-chip boiler, and it was discovered that the fuel being supplied to us was of an inferior quality to our usual supply, which affected the temperature. This coupled with the outside temperature was not ideal and to compound matters, our back up gas boiler happened to fail at the exact same time, which has not happened before. We have now rectified all the above issues, and we are now currently operating within the temperatures recommended by Swim England.

The temperature of the changing rooms has also been affected by a fault with the dehumidifier and we are waiting for technicians to arrive on site to rectify this matter.

We apologise for any discomfort this has caused, but as you can see, we have fallen victim to several machine failures at the same time, which we are working hard to resolve as soon as possible.
