Meet The Team - Tim

Hi there! My name is Tim, and I’m a Gas Engineer at Oakdene Forest Park. I joined the team in early 2023, and since then, I’ve been working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Before becoming part of the Shorefield Holidays family, I spent two years self-employed. This experience gave me the independence to hone my skills and learn the importance of problem-solving and customer service—skills I carry with me into my role today.

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to help people, whether it’s fixing an issue or simply ensuring that everything is working correctly.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me cycling, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying a good movie. The Shawshank Redemption is one of my favourite films—it’s a great reminder that even in the darkest times, something good can come out of a bad situation.

When I’m not working, I love to explore the New Forest. It’s a peaceful escape with its beautiful landscapes, perfect for a leisurely bike ride or a quiet walk.
