Their striking octagonal exterior, perched on timber stilts in the trees of Shorefield Country Park, combine sleek, innovative and contemporary interior design with sustainable construction and reflect the beautiful woodland environment in which they are set.
In each treehouse you will find an open plan living space, state-of-the-art kitchen and three luxurious bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor for accessibility.

The Shrubbery however is raised just above the ground, much like our lodges, and is surrounded by trees in a woodland area of the park.

Our treehouse accommodation all feature opulent interiors and are equipped with your everyday comforts such as heating and showers, letting you relax in a woodland setting without compromising on luxury and comfort. What's more, you'll also find the added indulgence of your own hot tub on the outdoor decking, making them ideal for a special occasion.
Yes, our Serene Caravans are specially adapted. We have an adapted Serene caravan and an adapted lodge at Shorefield Country Park, as well an adapted Serene Caravan at Oakdene Forest Park, all of which are specially adapted for wheelchair users. Silvertree and Coppertree House are both accessed via a sloping timber walkway and have one downstairs bedroom (the other two bedrooms are located upstairs), making them suitable for those with limited mobility. Unfortunately however, our treehouses have not been specifically designed to cater for wheelchair users and therefore may not be suitable for those looking for fully-accessible accommodation. We do however have a specifically adapted three-bedroom Select Lodge at Shorefield Country Park, as well as wheelchair accessible Serene Caravans at both Oakdene and Shorefield, all of which are all specifically adapted for wheelchair users.
Some of our other units are suitable for those with limited mobility. If you require accommodation with level access or near to the facilities, please state this at the time of booking and we will do our best to help you. Check-in is from 5pm on the day of your arrival across all our accommodation. Please note that due to the enhanced cleaning procedures, we cannot always guarantee that your accommodation will be ready at 5pm. We therefore advise that check-in may be any time between 5pm and 5.30pm.
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Note: Sunday departures for two night breaks are by 7pm.
In order to maintain social distancing, we kindly ask that you DO NOT arrive any earlier than the assigned check-in time of 5pm.
As an added safety measure following Government guidance and social distancing advice, all our accommodation now feature 'contactless check-in' as standard. This means you don't have to pick up your key from reception, instead it will be ready and securely waiting for you at your accommodation at your designated check-in time. We'll even provide directions to your accommodation, where everything will be waiting for you so you can make the most of every moment on park.
Shortly before your holiday starts you will receive our pre-arrival email, where you can register all your details and begin the online check-in process.
