  • All our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled with every departure/new arrival. We do endeavour to make sure these are up to temperature when you arrive, however this is not always a guarantee, especially in colder months as this will naturally take longer.

  • No. Due to the current adverse heat conditions and increased risk of wildfires, BBQs, fire pits and chimineas are not permitted at our touring and camping parks until further notice.

The prolonged hot and dry weather has significantly increased the risk of fire, particularly around dry grass, vegetation and woodland. To help protect our guests, team members, parks and surrounding areas, we have temporarily suspended the use of all BBQs, fire pits and chimineas.

    • Light fires anywhere on or around the park.

    • Ignore any additional fire safety notices or instructions displayed around the park.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these exceptionally hot and dry conditions. The safety of our guests, team members and the surrounding environment is our priority.

We will review these restrictions as conditions change and will advise guests when BBQs and fire pits can safely be used again.
