You can choose to move your current holiday home from anywhere in the UK to either Shorefield Country Park or Oakdene Forest Park, on selected pitches that are suitable, subject to availability, terms and conditions:

  • Holiday home must be no more than 5 years old with no outstanding finance
  • Pitches are subject to limited availability and are suitable for 12ft wide holiday homes
  • Only available at our Oakdene & Wilksworth sites
  • One off premium to be paid upon joining - Price on application
  • All related costs with moving the holiday home must be covered by the holiday homeowner and full sales due diligence applies.
  • No warranties will be offered by Shorefield Holidays Ltd.

Yes, we are delighted to be able to offer residential park homes to purchase at Merley Court. Find out more

We don't offer residential accommodation at any of our other parks as they are licenced as a holiday park and therefore must adhere to the conditions of that licences.
