Subletting your holiday home

As we reopen for the new season, I am sure those of you that sublet your holiday home will be eager to get going.

Dear Holiday Home Ambassador,

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that when you are subletting your holiday home this must be for holiday or recreational purpose only and for a maximum of 21 days to any one guest.

Bookings for people waiting for housing, with no fixed address, looking for long term rental or using the holiday home for work purpose should not be accepted.

If you are using Air BNB or similar letting sites, please ensure the long-term letting option is not available.

Please also remember, for your own safety and that of your guests you must have a valid landlord's gas safety certificate as well as electrical safety certificate. If you wish for these to be carried out by one of our qualified team members, you can arrange this by emailing Carolyn Child: Carolyn.Child@shorefield.co.uk who will be more than happy to help.
