Quick Start Guide to VIP Wireless Network Across Shorefield Holiday Parks

This quick start guide only applies to our Swanage, Wilksworth, Forest Edge & Merley Court parks.

You have been granted access to the VIP wireless network, which you can use to access both the World Wide Web and Internet, and to check your personal email. Please review our full service expectations here: Wifi Service Expectations

Your VIP account password has been provided to you, but if you would like us to resend them, please email wifi.support@shorefield.co.uk including your unit details and account number. Each holiday home has a unique password for connecting to the VIP network.

To connect your wireless-ready device to your VIP network please follow the below steps:

Before You Start

To connect, you will need:

  • A device that can use Wi‑Fi

  • Your VIP Wi‑Fi password

How to Connect

Connecting to the VIP network involves two steps:

  1. Join the VIP@[your park] Wi‑Fi network

  2. Log in using your password

Important Information

When you are connected to the VIP Wi‑Fi, you can access:

  • The Internet

  • The World Wide Web

However, you cannot use:

  • File sharing

  • Internal company networks (intranets)

  • Printers

  • Other device‑to‑device services

The VIP network will not work if you are using a VPN on your device, so please turn this off in order to connect.
