Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a strong F&B background to manage the food & beverage facilities here at Shorefield country park.

Job Description

To be part of Shorefield middle management team and be able to present to the board and rest of the management team at our monthly meetings.

This is a permanent position, working 45 hours per week or to the needs of the business. Working patterns may vary dependent on the time of year. Weekend working will be required.

Salary: £43,285 plus bonus on achieving company KPIs.

Responsibilities

Leadership & team management: recruitment, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and profit analysis.

Operational management: stock control, menu development, vendor relations, and ordering systems

Customer service & conflict resolution: maintaining high service standards and addressing complaints promptly.

Health & safety compliance: excellent knowledge of food safety (Level 3 Food Hygiene) hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.

Communication & interpersonal: essential for team coordination and management/director relations. The ability to manage, motivate and inspire a large team.

Organisation & planning: multitasking, event coordination for owners, and anticipating needs.

Technical proficiency: familiarity with restaurant management software and general IT skills

Qualifications

Experience: You will have proven experience in a similar role and hold a personal licence.
