Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for Oakdene Forest Park (St Leonards, near Ringwood, Hampshire BH24 2RZ).

Job Description

This role will involve the day to day management of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that hire fleet units are cleaned to our high standards.

This will include recruiting, training, developing and leading the team to ensure smooth operational running; preparing cost effective rotas; monitoring and analysing customer feedback and implementing change; setting and managing budgets for the department; preparing and presenting monthly reports on the department at management meetings; and being an ambassador for the Company at every opportunity.

This is a permanent role, 40 hours over 5 days a week, and will include working weekends, bank holidays and some evenings and has a fantastic benefits package.

Responsibilities

Our successful candidate will be driven, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. They will be computer literate with excellent communication and people skills. They will be self-motivated and organised, with an eye for detail, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Our requirements for Housekeeping manager:

  • Previous management experience in a similar role

  • Previous experience managing and setting budgets

  • Must hold UK driving licence (for driving on and between parks)

  • Computer literate – including Microsoft Excel

Experience:

  • supervisory / management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • full clean driving licence (required)
