Brand New Boxercise Class!
Our Health and Fitness team are introducing a brand-new class – Boxercise.
Boxercise is a high-energy fitness class, that blends boxing techniques with cardio exercise, which includes moves like jabs and hooks combined with activities like skipping and pad work. Suitable for all levels, the class improves strength, endurance, and coordination, while offering a fun, stress-relieving workout. No boxing experience is needed, and equipment is provided, unless you want to bring your own.
Starting on 23rd August, our Boxercise classes will take place in the upstairs fitness studio on Wednesday mornings 7-8am and Friday evenings 5:30-6:30pm, participants must be 16+ and the class is bookable through your My PT Hub App at a cost of £8.
