Introducing our new Head Chef at Shorefield Country Park.

We are very pleased to welcome Simon to the team.

Simon joins us having spent the last 6 years in a similar position at the prestigious Sandbanks Hotel in Poole and he is very much looking forward to heading up the food operation in our soon to be completed, brand new state-of-the-art kitchen at Shorefield Country Park.
