Dear Ambassadors,

Our bird box is up and running for the year and it looks like we have a new resident on Shorefield country Park! We have a very special winged friend who has decided to make our park its new home, and you can now join in on its daily adventures by tuning in to our LIVE YouTube channel!

Our new resident is a Great Tit and if successful she will lay up to 12 eggs and could go on to have 2 broods. If you are thinking of putting up a nest box, please make sure you put it up in the shade and not in direct sunlight, whereas if you are looking at installing a bat box, that should be put in direct sunshine.
