Dear Shorefield Country Park Ambassador,

I am extremely pleased to announce that after a recent EHO inspection of the restaurant & kitchen here at Shorefield Country Park, we have been awarded and retained our five-star rating in food hygiene. This rating is the highest achievable and is made up of such things as kitchen cleanliness, staff knowledge regarding food safety and allergens, safe food storage, cooking and accurate temperature recording.
