Lifeguard

Job Description

We are looking for a Lifeguard to work as part of our Fitness Team to provide the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and customer care to all users of our Health and Fitness Club at Shorefield Country Park, near Lymington (SO41 0LH).

We have seasonal positions available on 14 hours over 2 days with additional hours available over the summer months. The role will include working daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

About You

Our Lifeguards are required to hold an NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).

Driving license required as my need to cover other parks.

Skills and Experience Required

• NPLQ qualification required
• Staff Training (NPLQ) attendance required
• Ability to maintain customer expectation and the Company values
• Work well within a team or alone
• To be guest / customer focused, providing excellent service to all of our guests.
