Gas Engineer

Shorefield Holidays Ltd has an opportunity for a Gas Engineer to join our established Estates Team at Oakdene Forest Park located in the New Forest (St Leonards, Ringwood, Hampshire BH24 2RZ).

The role on a busy holiday park involves general plumbing and the undertaking of gas appliance servicing, maintenance and repair, boiler replacement and responding to emergency breakdowns on gas appliances contained within our holiday home hire fleet as well as commissioning holiday homes units which have been sold to our customers and maintaining the same. In addition to this there are also gas appliances within our complex buildings which require testing and maintenance.

The Estates team at Oakdene Forest park support our other local parks Forest Edge Holiday Park, Wilksworth Caravan Park and Merley Court Holiday Park therefore travel to these locations would be part of the role.

The successful applicant must be a self-motivated team player and be able to deliver work of the highest quality.

This is a permanent position, 42.5 hours per week over 5 days. Hours and days may vary depending on business needs, and will include weekend and bank holiday working.

Our requirements for Gas Engineer role:

· Gas Safe Registered and qualified in LPG

· Full driving licence

. Fusion weld Experience

· WRAS qualification would also be an advantage.
