Hello, my name is Chris and I work as the ICT Support Manager. I have worked with Shorefield for over 20 years in the Accounts and IT teams and have lived locally to Shorefield Country Park for most of my life. My wife Sally recently joined the Sales Team last year, we have many pets to look after not to mention a teenager!
Describe your role in 15 words.
Managing a small team providing technical support for systems and IT equipment throughout the business.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
An accountant or a footballer 🤷♀️
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be?
A pet Chameleon would be cool.

A virtual Chatbot to answer basic/common questions from staff.

Kellie Weeks | Accounts Office Manager
Please introduce yourself in a few sentences.
I’m Kellie Weeks, Accounts Office Manager at Shorefield Holidays. I joined the company late 2014 as a Purchase Clerk, Since then I have had 2 promotions to where I am now. Before working at Shorefield I was building Circuit and Rally car engines and book-keeping. I enjoy Motor racing and race my own stock car, walking my dog Otis who is a frequent visitor to work with me and spending time with my family and friends.
Describe your role in 10 words.
Challenging, ever changing, rewarding, problem solving, team leading an amazing team.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A heavy goods driver in the army or a rally driver.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be?
A radio, other than that we are good.
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
A new system to make purchase ledger paperless, and training not only my apprentice Emma but now also our new purchase clerk Matt.
What’s a topic/subject you wish you knew more about?
I would love to be fluent in Welsh and know electrical work.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
If either were alive it would be Colin McRae or Michael Schumacher.

Ken Dean | Estates Manager
Please introduce yourself in a few sentences.
I’m Ken Dean Estates Manager for OD also overseeing FE ,WW,MC I have been in hospitality since 2000. Starting as a complex manager then promotion to park services manager & assistant GM before moving to Shorefield in 2015 to become Estates Manager at Shorefield Country Park. I was promoted to Group Estates in 2018 then took on the Estate Mangers role at Oakdene in 2020. I enjoy travelling ,following Portsmouth FC ,and spending time with my family

What did you want to be when you grew up?
Engineer completed my goal as a BT engineer

Jonny Maher | Operations Manager
Please introduce yourself in a few sentences.
I am the Operations Manager for Shorefield Country Park, where I oversee reception, Reflections Day Spa, the licenced club, health & fitness, The Country Store and housekeeping. I also look after Lytton Lawn Touring Park and New Forest Lodge Retreat.
Describe your role in 10 words.
I generally oversee all of the operational departments in the business and our owners.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Like many young lads I dreamt of being a professional footballer
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be?
A dart board

Live music weekends and the major capex projects
What’s a topic/subject you wish you knew more about?
Believe it or not I’m interested in antiques and am always learning about different designers and makers

Chris Weymouth | Assistant Complex Manager

Hi all, My name is Chris and I am the assistant complex manager at Oakdene. I came across to Shorefield in 2017 as Entertainment manager and then moved across to run the complex in 2019. I love enjoying life, travelling, playing the PlayStation and Manchester United! GGMU!
Describe your role in 10 words.
Helping to lead, develop and create success in the complex!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Famous! I didn’t really care for what! I would have happily been a footballer, athlete, musician or actor. Just gimme that fame!! Hasn’t worked out as of yet though.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be?
More space! Our office seems to be the location for everyone to leave random things.
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
Our new milkshakes! We are just launching our new branded milkshakes for Easter. Feel free to come along and try them!!
What’s a topic/subject you wish you knew more about?
Graphic design. I know enough to get me by on what I need, however I would love to be able to use photoshop to its full potential, and then venture in to creating video graphics. Alternatively it would be music production.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
No questions….Ryan Reynolds! The guy is an absolute legend!

Scooter! Yes the cheesy hardcore Euro dance group! Emma won’t let me play them in the car anymore! Apparently people don’t like it when I beep the horn to the music. No idea why?!

The beauty. Having worked around most of the UK, the New Forest and surrounding area is a stunning location. It has everything that you could want from Urban to rural!

What would we find you doing on a day off?
Either playing golf with a couple of other members of the Shorefield team, eating Domino’s, going to the cinema, or chilling at home and doing absolutely nothing!!
Aimee Moody | Reception & Day Spa Manager
Please introduce yourself in a few sentences.
Hi, I’m Aimee, I am the reception and day spa manager at Shorefield Country Park. I started with the company in 2015 as a receptionist and worked my way up over the last 7 years. I am a massive fan of anything Disney and I will challenge anyone to a singalong.
Describe your role in 10 words.
Leading the lovely ladies on the front desk while also booking relaxing spa treatments
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a baker as I love to bake deserts and treats. Now I like to keep it as a hobby.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
Stacey Solomon, I love her organisation & crafting ideas. Being a neat freak myself I could watch her tap to tidy ideas all day.

Harry Wells | Graphic Designer & Marketeer
Please introduce yourself in a few sentences:
Hello, I’m Harry. I’m 24 years old and I’ve been a Graphic Designer and Marketeer here at Shorefield Holidays for coming up to three years now. I’m a massive fan of anything car related and often spend a lot of my spare time doing automotive photography.
Describe your role in 10 words:
A different and exciting challenge every day.
What do you get up in your role?
I love how every day is different. One day I will be planning out/creating an email campaign, the next I will be on a photoshoot of a new lodge that’s just arrived or designing various content that help improve the experience for our guests.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Originally, I wanted to be an Architect or a Lighting Director before I found an interest in Graphic Design and Photography.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be?
It would probably have to be a professional coffee machine right next to my desk.
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
I’m about to start a Drone Flying Course which will allow me to get some unique photos/videos of all our holiday parks and local area at the drop of a hat.
What’s a topic/subject you wish you knew more about?
I’ve always been interested in learning how to code a website from scratch. I’ve looked into it a few times but I still have no idea where to start.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
Ken Block. Especially back in the days when he used to compete in the World Rallycross.

What’s your favourite thing about the local area here?
I used to live in London, so moving down here and being surrounded by The New Forest is probably my all time favourite thing. Seeing horses and other wildlife roaming the local area on a daily basis never gets old. Plus, all the local pubs 😉

What would we find you doing on a day off?
On a typical day off, I would be out taking photos, going to a concert/live show or just chilling at home.
Hannah Rodgers | Reservations Manager
Please introduce yourself in a few sentences:
Hey! I’m Hannah, 32 & have been working as Reservations Manager for Shorefield Holidays for just over 7 years now. I live in the local area of Highcliffe. It’s not until you have to write about yourself that you realise you’re quite boring! I’m pretty lucky living where I do with only a 2 minute walk to the beach!
Describe your role in 10 words:
Leading a team of ladies selling all types of great UK Staycations!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a young girl I really wanted to work as Cabin Crew. I was lucky enough to holiday lots with my family when I was little. I guess this is what led me on to wanting to work in Hospitality/travel/Holidays as a whole!
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be?
A coffee machine for the team
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
With lots of new faces in Reservations, its working on building a knowledgeable strong team!
What’s a topic/subject you wish you knew more about?
I wish I could speak other languages. Having friends who can speak multiple languages makes me feel somewhat inferior with just a French GCSE!
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
Holly Willoughby –She seems to be involved in so many different projects so appears to have a fun & interesting life!

Perfect mix of forest & beach at your doorstep. We are all really lucky to have some great restaurants throughout The New Forest & Dorset.

What would we find you doing on a day off?
Out with friends having lunch & drinks. In the Summer it’s nice to head out to any of the local beaches & get in the sea.
