If you are looking to purchase Seasonal Passes for your guests, we would like to refer you to the park rules.
Clause 33: Holiday Home owners may sub-let. Those who sub-let must ensure that their holiday home is in good condition, equipped for the number of persons to whom it is let and that the landlord gas installation checks and electrical testing are carried out at the intervals required by qualified personnel. Copies of the above certificates must be submitted to the Accounts office for verification. Holiday homes that are sub-let must have smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted.’
Therefore, we require the following:
- Landlords gas safety record & Full appliance service
- All electrical equipment must be PAT tested
- Smoke alarms, CO Alarm and Fire extinguishers fitted and serviced annually
- Fixed wiring testing (every three years)
You may pay for your own contractor or a Shorefield Engineer. Alternatively, you can purchase our Sterling Maintenance Scheme, which covers this @ £350 for 12 months. Terms and conditions apply. Application form sent on request. Please note this is for boilers, which are 3 years or younger. We can provide a standards check if necessary.

Please note the Seasonal passes cover the period that your park is open for and will not be issued at a pro rata rate until after the peak season finishes. Your Seasonal Passes expire each year on 31st December.
