Rates Bill Update
Dear Ambassadors,
We are writing to update you on the rates invoices that are usually invoiced in late April/May.
We have received the majority of the rates bills from our local authorities, however, there has been a rating revaluation which changes the rateable values of each of our parks, this happens every 3 years. When this happens, the Valuation Office must issue a new Regulation 4 notice for each park. We use this notice to calculate the recharge of general rates to our owners.
We have been informed that these are being issued on the 21st of April (tomorrow) so when we have these, we can calculate the 2023/24 charges and will then be able to issue the invoices. They will be payable 30 days from the date of the invoice and cover the period April 2023 to March 2024.
