Dear Oakdene Ambassadors,

I would like to remind you that we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of our team members.

Passes are required for you and your guests to use the facilities on park. If you or your guests do not have passes you will not be able to use the facilities.

All members of the team are tasked to ask for passes and do not need to be verbally abused when they ask.

Anyone found to be doing this will have any passes revoked and will be asked to leave the facilities. This may also result in you, or your guest not being allowed to use the facilities indefinitely.
