Subletting Misuse

Following on from our communication regarding subletting at the beginning of the season. It is apparent that some owners who sublet are still letting their holiday homes to contractors and are also letting as temporary housing, rather than genuine holiday usage.

There have been numerous occasions where the wardens have been called to ask the above to leave park, which is not their responsibility it is the responsibility of the holiday homeowner.

Therefore, if a warden needs to ask someone leave to your holiday home, this will be charged at the standard call out rate plus anytime spent afterwards.

Breach notices will be issued as a result of non-holiday use sub-letting.
