Estates Charges

We have recently reviewed our charging structure for the Estates team.

Within our standard working hours of 8 am to 5 pm are as follows: -

• The minimum call out charge is £60 which which include the first ¾ hour of time spent on your holiday home.

• For any time over ¾ hour the cost will be £16.56 per ¼ hour.

• The above prices are inclusive of VAT

Any call outs after this time will be charged as follows: -

• The minimum call out charge is £75 which which include the first ¾ hour of time spent on your holiday home.

• For any time over ¾ hour the cost will be £16.56 per ¼ hour.

• The above prices are inclusive of VAT

Your Shorefield Estates teams are here to assist you with any issues you have with your holiday home, and we employ a wide range of trades not found on other holiday parks.

We pride ourselves in providing a great service from a knowledgeable team who are not only experts in their profession but extremely knowledgeable about holiday homes.

The team are on your doorstep so there is little waiting around for contractors to show up, and we can provide a fast effective service using quality replacement parts which match or complement those already fitted in your holiday home.
