Ambassador Passes Update

Over the past few months, we have carefully reviewed your feedback on how we can enhance our parks, as well as the benefits available to you as Ambassadors.

As part of this, we are excited to confirm that a refreshed range of Ambassador benefits will be launching for the new season. Full details will be shared later this year, ahead of the season opening in February 2026.

In the meantime, we are pleased to introduce one of the first upgrades to your ownership experience. Effective immediately, your owner pass allocation will increase to 12 passes in total—this includes 2 owner passes and 10 family & friends passes. Additionally, the age at which children require a pass has been raised from 8 to 12 years old.

For holiday homes with more than two named owners, each owner will receive their own owner pass, alongside the 10 Family & Friends Passes.

Our Accounts Team is currently working on updating the necessary forms and systems, so we kindly ask for your patience, as we implement these changes. We understand many of you will be eager to start using your additional passes!
