Swanage Coastal Park is situated on the Priest’s Way, making it the ideal location for a holiday to explore the beautiful Purbeck Hills. Swanage marks the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast, which stretches from ‘Old Harry Rocks’ at Ballard Down, east of Swanage Bay, all the way down to Exmouth in Devon.

Self-catering holidays in caravan holiday homes

Caravan holiday homes for hire including some brand new units for 2008 - some sleeping up to 8. All accommodation is fully equipped and many are pet friendly too. All accommodation is equipped with a full sized cooker and fridge, crockery and cutlery, colour television and FREE electricity (and gas where applicable).
We supply duvets and pillows but not bed linen so please bring your own. You will also need to bring your own towels and tea towels. Please note that all units are non-smoking.

Swanage Coastal Park will be open from 14th March to 1st November 2008.

New for 2008 - Eurotent style tents for hire. Please note that the tents have previously been erected at Oakdene Forest Park where they proved to be very popular. They have been moved to Lytton Lawn, Merley and Swanage so are new to the parks not new tents. For availability and prices call the reservations team on 01590 648331

Touring and Tenting
For caravans and motor homes there are serviced pitches on hardstanding or grass available with access to electric hook up (no light, water or drainage, please note proper camping mains kit required). Pitch number allocated when booking.

For tents and small camper vans only there are a number of informal camping standard pitches on grass without hook up, these are available to pre-book and the pitch location is allocated on arrival.

New for 2008 - Eurotent style ready-assembled tents sleeping up to 6 people. Mains electricity, cooker and fridge, beds in 3 separate bedrooms and a full inventory of cutlery and crockery provided. Available from 23rd May to 8th September 2008 inclusive.

For tents only, we offer Coastal Heights camping on sloping grassland which is available during August. There are no services and the pitches are serviced by portaloos. A pitch space will be booked for you and the pitch location is allocated on arrival.

Touring and tenting will be available from 14th March to 31st October 2008.

Previously known as Priestway Holiday Park,
this 15 acre park has stunning views of Swanage Bay and the Purbeck Hills
At this park there is no club, pool or disco, just peace and quiet. You can pay at the club next door where daily membership to their Health and Fitness Club, pool and bar are offered.

There is a children's play area on the park.

Stroll down to the town of Swanage and the lovely beach. There are music festivals during the summer, the famous Folk Festival in early September and also the popular Swanage carnival in July.

The coastal path is close by and it's only a short trip on the chain link ferry from Studland to Sandbanks and Bournemouth.
