Opening times:
Merley Court re-opens on 5th February 2010 until 2nd January 2011. Standard woodland pitches for camping only are available from 28th May 2010 to 2nd November 2010 and brand new Eurostyle Tents are available to hire in the Summer.

Cancellation protection scheme; One man tent (in addition to awning or sleep pod on awning), bring your own Gazebo (subject to space on pitch), Extra car on pitch (maximum 1 extra). Pets permitted (max 2 per pitch).

This award winning "Best of British" Park is set in 10 acres of beautiful parkland with 5 acres of woodland. Pitch price at Merley Court includes free use of leisure and entertainment facilities at Oakdene Forest Park<link>. Situated just minutes from the A31, the site is approximately 1 mile away from Wimborne town and a short drive away from the beaches and quayside of Poole and the New Forest and within easy reach of all the tourist attractions the county has to offer.

The serviced pitches are either on grass or handing standing, you can even opt for an Executive pitch which includes hook up, water, drainage and selected satellite channels connection. The Merley Court pitch price includes up to 6 people per pitch and there is no extra charge for awnings. The pitches at Merley Court are very spacious and large enough to accommodate your unit, awning and car. The woodland area is for tents only, there are no hook up in this area and the pitches are on grass, (camp fires are not allowed).
Several Eurostyle tents sleeping up to six people (3 bedrooms) are available to hire in the woodland area of the park. The Eurostyle tents are pre-erected and include camp beds; lounge area with table & chairs; kitchen with camping stove, fridge and kitchen equipment. All you need to bring is sleeping bags and a torch, toilets and shower facilities available in nearby block.
Eurostyle tents are an ideal choice for those who want to try out camping with the family before they purchase tents and camping equipment and they are also available at Lytton Lawn Touring Park and Swanage Coastal Park.
Being a five star park we are well known for our clean and tidy shower blocks, bathroom suite, laundry rooms and dishwashing areas and our well kept pitches. The pitches differ in size and several have hedges between them for privacy. Several of our visitors have commented that even when the touring park is fully booked it never appears crowded.
There is an ice cream parlour at Merley Court Touring Park, popular with residents. The club house / bar (limited hours in low and mid season) has an Adults only room and a family room which leads onto a games room with air hockey, pool tables and a few games machines. There is also a small play area for toddlers including toys and activities for the under 7's. With a well stocked shop on the site and a heated outdoor pool, there are plenty of reasons not to leave the park. Should you wish to stock up on the essentials there are plenty of large Supermarkets nearby in neighbouring towns of Ferndown, Poole and Bournemouth. Pets are allowed in Merley Court Touring park, maximum 2 per pitch (there's even a dog grooming parlour nearby), however pets are not permitted to stay in Eurostyle Tents.

Leisure Activities available at Merley Court Touring Park
Short tennis; table tennis; pool tables; skittle alley; adventure playground, heated outdoor pool and paddling pool. The heated outdoor swimming pool at Merley Court is open from Spring Bank Holiday to early September (weather permitting).
At the rear of the park there is also a cycle path (old disused railway line) that leads all the way to Poole Quay a good 22km ride but no need to go on the roads at all.
Please note that most facilities are FREE but some do require a small charge and some facilities such as the outdoor pool are seasonal. Additional leisure club facilities are also available for your use at Oakdene Forest Park (7 miles away).
