Nine acres of grassland surrounded by mature trees and graded as a three star park, Forest Edge offers touring and tenting holidays and is complemented by exclusive leisure facilities at Oakdene. Seasonal pitches are available for a minimum stay of 3 months.
From Whitsun 2008 there will be brand new 4 and 6 berth caravan holiday homes for hire. These are well-equipped, fully self-contained units with fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge with colour TV and two or three bedrooms. Outdoor furniture supplied. They represent excellent value for money as all power charges, bed linen and leisure facilities at Forest Edge and Oakdene are included in the price!
Pitches are level, well drained and near to a water point. Pitch sizes do vary so please note that you will need to let us know the size of your tourer or tent as many pitches will not take a 7 metre unit. Choose from Standard or Serviced (electric hookup - proper camping mains kit required) pitches. Please note that gazebos are not permitted.
The park is situated just off the A31 and some pitches will experience traffic noise. Guests are welcome to use all the leisure and entertainment facilities at Oakdene, 15 minutes' walk away.
There is a well-stocked shop with off licence, Calor Gas service, telephones, launderette and free hot showers.

Fun for the kids with relaxation for Mum & Dad
There’s a heated outdoor swimming pool with toddlers' pool (open from Spring Bank Holiday to September, weekends only other than school holidays) and an adventure playground.
There is also a games room and five-a-side football and netball area.
