With the many updates in Government guidance and advice, we have made some considerable changes to our usual breaks to let you safely enjoy a south coast staycation. Our ‘Shorefield Getaways’ let you escape and relax in the great outdoors and make treasured family memories. Discover nature along the miles of beaches right on our doorstep or explore the vast open spaces of the New Forest. Our parks are ideally located for making the most of the outdoors, wherever you choose to experience them on your staycation.
We are delighted to have safely reopened all of our usual fantastic facilities across our parks, following the government's latest guidance.

Breath in the fresh Dorset sea air or unwind in the leafy surroundings of the New Forest. Wherever you choose to take your Shorefield Getaway, you’ll be spoilt for choice with open spaces to explore and discover.
We’ve introduced contactless check-in for all our Shorefield Getaways, so you don’t need to worry about key handovers or queueing at Reception.
We want to make things as safe and easy for you as possible. Our contactless check-in removes the need for face-to-face contact with any of our friendly team. Simply head straight to your accommodation and your key will be waiting for you in a secure location! Whilst we aim to have your accommodation ready as soon as possible, due to our thorough cleaning regimes this may take a little longer.

Please note that sessions in our gyms and outdoor sports courts need to be pre-booked online or using our app... You can even do so whilst you're on park! Sessions can be booked no more than 48 hours in advance. Currently, the following facilities have safely reopened:

We're here to keep you and your family safe... That's why all our teams across our South Coast parks will continue to wear face coverings in any of our indoor public areas where divider screens aren't present.
Face coverings are now required by law in most indoor public places except where food and drink is served (therefore in our bars and restaurants), however we do advise that you wear these when moving around our bars or restaurants and remove them when seated to eat or drink).
We continue to encourage the use of face coverings when visiting moving through busy areas in which there are people you would not normally socialise with.
Our staff and team members will continue to wear masks in public areas where divider screens aren't present and our spa team will wear face coverings for your treatment. Please continue to wear a face covering in the following areas on our parks:
All our self-contained holiday homes across our parks are at least 5 metres apart, giving you plenty of space between your closest neighbour and making them the perfect choice for a socially distanced staycation.
If you do need to pick up some essentials from our on-site shops, visit our holiday home ownership offices or simply pop to reception for any reason, that’s no problem! We’ve introduced protective separator screens to help you stay socially distant and give you peace of mind.
Please note that we continue to encourage guests wear face coverings when entering any of our indoor facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check in at Merley Court?
Check-in less and holiday more. We no longer operate a reception at Merley Court Holiday Park. All our wonderful accommodation features online check-in with your keys waiting for you securely upon arrival. Here's what you can expect:
Shortly before your holiday starts you will receive our pre-arrival email, where you can register all your details and begin the online check-in process.
On the day of your arrival, we’ll send you a text (and an email) when your holiday home is ready and to let you know your accommodation number, as well as details of how to find your accommodation on park.
Simply head to our woodland lodges, approach the barrier and use the button to call our team, who will let you in. Your accommodations keys will be waiting for you in our secure key box. Attached to the keys will be a barrier fob, so that you can come and go as you please during your stay.
Please do not head to your accommodation until you have received your text confirming that it is all ready for you. Once you have settled in, you will be prompted to check-in via our online portal.
In the unlikely event of experiencing any difficulties or something’s not quite right, our onsite Warden is on hand throughout your stay.
Do you provide towels?
Towels are provided in our hot tub accommodation, all our houses, treehouses and Select+ lodges, however we recommend bringing a spare as you never know when it may come in handy (trips to the beach or having a separate towel for use in the hot tub is ideal!) We supply one hand towel and one bath towel per person.
We therefore do not provide towels in our Select lodges or our range of caravan accommodation (with the exception of our Sublime Hot Tub Caravans) and therefore advise that you bring your own.
You can hire towels for your holiday and can even add these to your booking, should your accommodation not come with them as standard! A set of towels is charged at £6.50 per set and includes one hand towel and one bath towel. Simply add these to your booking when reviewing your accommodation online and they'll be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. If you would like to hire towels on arrival at reception a set is charged at £8.75.
We do also recommend bringing your own toiletries including soap, shower gel, shampoo and other bathroom necessities.
