Swimming is a great low impact exercise providing you with a whole body workout whilst being kind to your joints. Whether you are a social swimmer or serious athlete, our first class pools accommodate everyone.
Come and enjoy our 21m x 6m heated indoor pool, perfect for lengths or relaxing in the “jacuzzi”. Indoors or outdoors, swimming improves your fitness, tones up muscles and also burn calories. It's low-impact too so there's less risk of injury and it's a great addition to other training programmes.
