Activities at Shorefield

Following a successful 2008, Shorefield Holidays are delighted to have teamed up with PGL, the UK's leading provider of school activity trips, to give you and your family the chance to have a go at some great activities. You don't need any experience to take part, the fantastic PGL team are there to help you take part in all our exciting challenges. PGL always put safety first and all their instructors are trained to operate to the highest possible safety standards.

Open to everyone aged 7 and over. Children between 7 and 12 will need an adult present during the session.

On offer are...

-Archery
-Air Rifle taster session
-Abseiling
-Climbing
-Trapeze

Pre-booking is essential for the 2 hour sessions, and payment will be required at the time of booking. The cost is £10 per person (Families/Groups can get a discount of £1 per person based on a minimum of 4)

These activities are available from Spring Bank Holiday through to September. During term time the activities will be run at the weekends only and in school holidays they are offered 5 days a week. (Closed on Monday and Friday).

Tent pitches at Oakdene this Summer!

We are pleased to announce that there will be tent pitches available in an area called "The Riverside" at Oakdene between 24th July and 5th September 2009

These are basic camping pitches for tents only, with no electric hookup but with access to portaloos and showers. They are approximately 10 minutes walk from the main Clubhouse at Oakdene.
