Here at Reflections Elemis Day Spa we like to make each one of our customers feel welcome and relaxed. However, if you have not visited us before you may be unsure about what to expect, so the following questions and answers will help you get the most out of your time with us.

- What are the terms & conditions of the Early Booking Discount?

You can receive 30% off your treatments when you book and pay 7 days or more in advance. Please note this is non-refundable should you cancel your appointment or not turn up. As a gesture of good will we can move the appointment once; however we do require at least 24 hours notice. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Spa packages and is only valid between Monday – Thursday.
- What treatments can I have if I’m pregnant?

Throughout your pregnancy you can have any Elemis facial, Jessica manicures and pedicures, Indian head massage, waxing and Elemis Mother-to-be massage. After the first trimester you can also have Reflexology and spray tans.
Due to comfort and sensitivity reasons you should avoid all other treatments.
- Do I need to bring anything?

We provide gowns and slippers for you to
change into; we have lockers located in the changing area to store your
belongings. If you are having a pedicure,
remember to wear or bring some open toed shoes with you.
- What do I wear during a treatment?

If you are having a face or body treatment you will be asked to get changed into a gown and slippers to make you more comfortable; we also ask that you keep underwear on. Some treatments may require you to wear disposable underwear; however the therapist will provide this and will leave the treatment room whilst you change.
- Can I use the leisure facilities?

Yes. If you are a staying with Shorefield Holidays or you are an Ambassador you can use the leisure facilities; however we recommend that you use them before your treatment.
If you are not a member or staying on site you can purchase a pass from the Spa reception for £5.50 which will give you access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Please note these facilities are separate from the spa and tend to get busy during peak season and weekends.
- Can I use the spa if I’m not staying at Shorefield?

Yes, we welcome non-members and holiday makers not staying at Shorefield. However there is a small fee if you would like to use the leisure facilities.
- Do we sell vouchers?

Yes.
We sell gift vouchers for monetary amounts or for specific treatments. Please note the gift vouchers are valid for
six months from date of purchase.
- Can I buy the products?

Yes. We stock the Elemis range and often have a selection of gift sets. We also stock the Jessica range and have good selection of polishes, base coats and top coats.
- What shall I do before and after a spray tan?

Before your spray tan we advise you to exfoliate and remove any unwanted body hair. On the day of your tan come to the spa wearing loose dark clothing and no product on your skin, e.g. moisturiser, deodorant etc. Once you have been sprayed, you will need to wait twelve hours before showering so the tan can develop. After showering moisturise daily and avoid long baths and showers. Follow these steps and your tan will last five - seven days.
- I’m coming with a friend/partner/relative; will we be in the same room?

Unfortunately our treatment rooms are not big enough to treat more than one person at a time. However, we do have the relaxation room where you will be shown into after your treatment, where you can sit and relax together.
- How do I get to Reflections Elemis Day Spa?

We are based at Shorefield Country Park at Milford on Sea; you can find directions here. We are about a 40 minute drive from Oakdene Forest Park and Forest Edge Holiday Park.
