    Do I have to stay at Oakdene Forest Park to be able to do the activities?

    No, you are more than welcome to do the activities even if you are not staying with us.

    Can I take a group to Go Active?

    Yes, Go Active is perfect for team building as well as families.

    What is the price of a Go Active activity?

    There are various prices for each of the activities, you can find out more by taking a look at our Go Active Schedule.

    Are there any age restrictions for Go Active?

    There are plenty of activities for all ages, but some of them do have age restrictions. These can be found on our Go Active pages or the Go Active Schedule.

    How can I book my activities?

    You can book by calling our Reservations Team on 01590 648331 or onsite at Oakdene Reception. Full payment is required at time of booking.

    How do I book the Go Beyond activities?

    Go Beyond offers a selection of handpicked local activities for you to contact and book direct. The details for this can be found on the Go Beyond section of our website.

    Is Go Active available at any of your other parks?

    Oakdene Forest Park is the only one of our parks to run Go Active, however even if you are staying at another of our parks you are welcome to take part in Go Active activities. You can pre-book via the Reservations Team on 01590 648331.

    Is it ok for adults to participate in the activities?
    Yes, there is no maximum age on activities apart from Go Juniors which has an age range of 3 to 7 years.
    Do children need parental supervision whilst taking part in activities?

    Children remain the responsibility of the parents or guardians at all times and we require parents or guardians to remain with any child under the age of 13. Parents may view the activities from the viewing areas provided.

    What clothing do I need to wear?

    We ask that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, such as trainers. No jewellery or visible body piercing jewellery are allowed and long hair should be tied back. If appropriate clothing guidelines are not followed you may not be allowed to take part in the activities and no refund will be given.

    What if I need to change my booking?
    We will allow you to change your booking for another slot that is for the same activity, provided that you give us a minimum of 72 hours notice from your original booking.
    What do I do if I need to cancel a booking?
    Please call Central Reservations on 01590 648331 if you would like to cancel your booking. Please note that we require advanced notice of the cancellation otherwise you will not receive a full refund:

    A cancellation fee of 100% will be retained if less than 24 hours notice is received or for no-show guests.
    A cancellation fee of 50% will be retained if less than 72 hours notice is received.
    A cancellation fee of 10% will be retained if less than 168 hours notice is received
    A cancellation fee of 3% will be retained for all other cancellations.
