  Alison is responsible for managing the Reservations and Housekeeping departments at Shorefield Country Park. She chairs the Standards Committee for the company also so has a direct impact upon our customers’ experiences while booking and staying on our parks.

  Andy Bowden

  ICT Manager

  Andy has overall responsibility for the Information and Communication equipment across all the company's parks. With over 13 years of service he’s orchestrated quite a few changes within the business affecting staff, guest & customers alike. Some of these have been behind the scenes, some not, but all with a view to improve the Shorefield experience.

  Bobbie is responsible for managing the day to day running of our parks in the absence of the Operations Managers. This puts him directly in contact with most staff and customers each day, to ensure the company’s high standards are maintained.

  Geoff Farrell

  Geoff provides advice and guidance to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of Shorefield Holidays Ltd's employees, owners and visitors. As the company's number one business objective is health, safety and the environment, Geoff is in communcation with all parts of the Company and its customers and visitors. He also manages company insurance arrangements.

  Paula Curtis

  Paula has overall responsibility for the running of the Accounts and Finance Department. She works with Sara, our Financial Director, in the preparation of financial and management accounts and ensuring that all statutory financial requirements and obligations are met. Paula has been with the Company now for over 18 years.

  As the Marketing Manager, Simon works closely with Lesley, our Marketing Director. Simon is involved in sales and marketing for the company and quite often designs, photographs and produces other content for webpages, brochures and posters.

  Personnel & Training Manager

  Sue manages the department and is responsible for the planning and co-ordination of recruitment and selection, reviewing terms and conditions, analysing training and development needs and advising on contractual and employment law issues.

  Wayne Birch

  Oakdene Operations Manager

  Wayne is the Operations Manager for Oakdene, Forest Edge and Merley Court. Wayne has responsibility for the day to day running of all three parks, ensuring their smooth running with the assistance of his Duty Managers and Supervisors.
