Meet Personnel

The Personnel team support the Company in all areas relating to staff, including recruiting and training employees and giving advice to all levels of the organisation.  We provide the Company Induction training on your first day of employment with us and are there to support you in your journey with the Company.

    Sue manages the department and is responsible for the planning and co-ordination of recruitment and selection, reviewing terms and conditions, analysing training and development needs and advising on contractual and employment law issues.

  • Julie Torrington

    Senior Personnel Officer

    Julie is responsible for the department in Sue’s absence. Julie also assists with the recruitment and selection of staff across all parks and provides an advisory service to both staff and managers. Julie also has responsibility for all administration relating to recruitment and training.

    Personnel Officer & Systems Administrator

    John assists with recruitment and selection of staff across all parks and provides an advisory service to both staff and managers. John also has responsibility for the software systems within the Personnel department.

  • Lindsay McPhee

    Personnel Admin Assistant

    Lindsay assists with the administration in the Personnel department. Lindsay also has responsibility for all staff uniform.
